Our guarantee
Virtually all Allergy Solutions products carry a lifetime warranty; you can find the warranty terms under the product description tab on each product page. Defects in zippers or tears in the seams of any product, for example, are fully covered. Simply return the product to us for repair or replacement.
Our return policy
Allergy Solutions offers a 60-day money back guarantee on all our products–plain and simple. If you’re not satisfied with our product for any reason, just email us at support@allergysolution.com for an RMA number and instructions for returning your purchased product. Outbound shipping (including promotional and/or free shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Shipping date
Allergy Solutions products usually ship within one business day. If you’d like expedited UPS services, such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3rd Day Select, please call first to verify the date of delivery—we’ll need to verify the time the order was received and processed before we can guarantee same day shipping.
Shipping options—UPS ground, or expedited
All orders are shipped via UPS ground, unless you specify expedited shipping. Faster shipping options are based on the day of shipment and are calculated by number of business days. An order shipped via Next Day Air, for example, placed after 10am Monday would ship Tuesday and arrive Wednesday—Thursday if Second Day Air, Friday if 3 Day Select, etc.
International shipping
Allergy Solutions can ship to just about any country around the world. International customers can choose USPS shipping (with a special Allergy Solutions rate), or standard UPS shipping. Just add items to your cart, select your country, and enter your postal code for the rates. The USPS (United States Postal Service) typically has a slightly longer lead time of 7 to 14 days, depending on your specific country.

To track your order once it has shipped, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of the Allergy Solutions home page.
Changing quantities, or canceling an item in your order
To change quantities or cancel an item in your order…
- First, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of the Allergy Solutions home page.
- Then, click the "Change quantities / Cancel Orders" link to find and edit your order.
Note that you cannot edit an order that has begun processing or has shipped. In these cases, please email us (support@allergysolution.com) to have us make changes to your order.
Your order didn’t arrive, or You are missing an item in your shipment
- First, track your order status: Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of the Allergy Solutions home page. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.
- If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
- If each of your packages shows a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
