Account Registration
Account Registration allows you to quickly check order status and track shipments online. It also allows you to receive valuable promotion notifications including email announcements and specials.
If you have an account with AllergySolution.com, it's easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to Order History under Account Login. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the UPS tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the UPS Web site, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don't have an AllergySolution.com account yet, set one up at Account Login.
Order Tracking
Once your order is completed and has shipped, we will e-mail you with a shipping confirmation along with the UPS tracking information. Account Login allows access to this information and order history.
Shipping
AllergySolution.com endeavors to ship purchases within the next business day of receiving your order.
Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Please note some items due to packaging standards are shipped separately from other items you may have purchased at the same time. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Addresses with separate ship to addresses are reviewed individually. Orders under Fraud Review will be withheld until credit confirmation is satisfied. Shipping service applies only after Fraud Review allows the order to be processed.
Shipping Method: Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to midnight Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.)
UPS one day air service. Customer receives order two business days from ordering day. One day for processing, and one for shipping.
UPS 2 day air service. Customer receives order three business days from ordering day. One day for processing, and two for shipping.
UPS 3 day select service. Customer receives order four business days from ordering day. One day for processing, and three for shipping.
United States Domestic Shipments
We ship via Standard UPS Ground Service when you choose the standard delivery option. UPS delivers packages Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential addresses. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
PO box addresses are shipped by USPS service although the shipping selection may state UPS service. UPS does not deliver to PO box addresses.
International Shipments
AllergySolution.com is proud to offer shipping to APO and international addresses. The delivery time for shipments may vary. FOB Freight shipping charges will be applied at the time of shipment. Refer to UPS.com to calculate international rates from our United States of America 19014 postal code.

Returning, exchange and refund
Return policy
Our Guarantee: Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed on all products you order from ALLERGY SOLUTIONS™, Inc....If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return the item within 30 days.
Return instructions
Please enclose your invoice, noting the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a replacement, exchange, or a prompt refund. Place the return address label from the order invoice on the outside of your package. Returns are handled in batches. Please allow 2-3 weeks for our review of the return. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. The status of your return can be requested by email or call direct to 484-840-0363.
Regular rate postage is credited to your order when items sent to you were received damaged or incorrectly.
Warrantee replacements are shipped to you without shipping charges.
Custom Sizes
Please allow 3-6 weeks for custom encasing orders (such as encasing sizes not considered standard or not offered in our encasing selection) to be completed. Custom Encasings and filters are not returnable.
